Carols at the Church
Our Junior Children held their Carol Service at St Thomas' Church, Heptonstall on Thursday 16th December. The children sang absolutely beautifully. There was also a performance from our school choir and the debut public performance of our school brass band. In between the music, our Class 4 children told the Christmas story.
Merry Christmas Boys and Girls!
Our Christmas parties took place during the last week of term. A party lunch was followed by an afternoon of games and dancing - and the Infants party was rounded off with a visit from Father Christmas!

The Juniors loved the "Chocolate game"...and who remembers Black Lace with "Superman!?

Our Infant Nativity - "Busy, Busy Bethlehem" - took place the week beginning Monday December 6th 2010. The performances were wonderful! Well done to all concerned!

You take the High Road...
To link in with St Andrews day on the 30th November, the assemblies for that week were all "Scottish themed". The highlight of the week was one of our dads - Justin Graham playing Scottish folktunes on the accordian alongside his son Charlie who is in Year 6.
